Something not doing what you expect, or not doing anything at all? Write to us. A person reads it — there is no ticket number and no automatic reply, so if you hear nothing for a day, write again.

If you run a shop

Tell us the shop’s name, what you were doing, and what happened instead. If it was a particular appointment, the client’s name and the day is enough for us to find it — never send a password.

Two things are worth knowing before you write, because they are faster than we are:

  • Your data is yours to take at any time. Shop → Export your data gives you your clients and appointments as files any other system can read.
  • Leaving does not need us. Shop → Your login deletes your own login, on the web and in the app. An owner can close the whole shop from Shop → Close this shop, which cancels the plan and deletes the shop’s records thirty days later — long enough to change your mind by writing to us.

If you booked an appointment

Wunderhand is the software a shop runs its diary on. We are not the shop, and we cannot move, cancel or refund an appointment for you — only they can.

Your confirmation email is the quickest way back to them: it carries the shop’s own number and a link to manage the booking. If something about it is plainly our fault — the email never arrived, a link does nothing — write to us and say which shop.

The iPhone and iPad app

The app is for a shop’s own staff and needs an account, which is made here on the web rather than in the app. Signing in uses the same email and password as this site.

If it will not sign in, check you are on the latest version, then tell us what the screen said. Notifications are optional and can be turned off in the phone’s own settings without affecting anything else.

Your data, and the law

Questions about what we hold, or a request to see it or have it deleted, go to legal@wunderhand.com. What is kept, for how long, and who it is shared with is set out in the privacy notice, and the agreement with a shop is in the terms.

Wunderhand is Paradigm Shift Multimedia Ltd, company number 17048990, registered at 25 Wharf Street, London SE8 3GG.
