Switching from Fresha, Booksy, Treatwell or Square?

See your list here first

Drop in the client export from whatever you use now. You will see who your regulars are and who is overdue before you sign up for anything — and the file never leaves this device. No commission on new clients here, and no cut of your work.

Drop your export here

A CSV from Fresha, Treatwell, Booksy, Square, LatePoint — or a spreadsheet you keep yourself. It is read on this device and stays on it.

Or paste a list straight in

A header row helps but is not needed. Name is the only column that has to be there.

Where your export is hiding

Every one of these takes under a minute, and none of them tells your current provider anything. Export everything on offer — columns we do not recognise are ignored rather than a problem.

  • BooksyCustomers → Export list
  • Square AppointmentsCustomers → Directory → Import/Export

What comes across

History, not takings

An import that quietly added someone else's money to your books would be worse than one that lost it. Here is the line, and it is the same line in the product.

Everything that says who they are

Names, mobiles, emails, birthdays and any notes you kept. UK numbers are put in one shape as they come in, so the same person written three ways lands once rather than three times.

Everything that says how they behave

Visit counts, total spend, first and last visit. From those we work out how often each person comes — no system exports that column, and it is the one that makes “due a visit” work on your first morning rather than six months in.

Their spend is shown, never counted

What a client paid somewhere else appears on their record and is kept out of your money screen entirely. That money was taken by another business through another till, and putting it through this one would show you takings you were never paid here.

Not the appointments themselves

Past bookings were sold by staff who are not on this rota at prices that never passed through this till. A summary gives you working segments; importing them as bookings would give you a diary full of fiction.

Where the file goes

Nowhere. That is the whole answer.

It is not uploaded to be read

The page reads the file in your browser and works everything out there. There is no request carrying it, no copy on a server, and nothing to appear in a log — which matters, because a client list is other people’s personal data and some of those notes are about their health.

It is not uploaded when you sign up either

If you carry the list through to a trial it travels inside this browser tab, and it is added only when you press the button on the other side. Close the tab and it is gone.

You are still the one who decides

The preview shows every row before anything happens, including the ones it would skip. Nothing is added that you have not looked at.

And you can just use it

Read your overdue list, write the texts yourself, close the tab. It is genuinely free and there is nothing to undo.

The list is the hard part. It is done.

Everything after this is an afternoon: your services, your hours, your prices. A 30-day trial runs on your real list with real bookings, and you keep what you charge — we charge for the software, never a cut of your work.
