Pricing

Per person, never per booking

You pay for the seats you use. A busy month and a quiet month cost the same, because the bill has nothing to do with your takings.

A seat is a person who takes bookings, not a chair that happens to be in the room. Your first address is included; more than that and each one adds £15 a month.

In every plan

The same software at every size

The bands change what a seat costs, never what it can do. There is no tier where the waiting list is switched off.

  1. A diary that holds the slot

Times are held while a client finishes booking, so two people cannot take the same chair. Deposits are taken before the booking is confirmed, not after.

  2. Deposits and no-shows

Ask for a deposit per service. Cancel in time and the client gets it back automatically; cancel too late and you keep it — the rules are yours and the software applies them.

  3. Cheaper quiet hours

Price Tuesday morning below Saturday afternoon and let the client see it while they choose. A full quiet hour is worth more than an empty one.

  4. A waiting list that works

When somebody cancels, send the gap to the people waiting whose days and times suit it. Each gets a link, and the first to book it has it.

  5. Client records, brought with you

Visit history, what they paid, what they had. Your existing list imports with its visits, spend and dates intact, so your regulars arrive as regulars. Patch tests, medical history and consent forms are stored encrypted, with the wording they actually agreed to kept alongside them.

  6. Longer work, tracked

Tattoo sittings and multi-visit work are one piece with one deposit and a running balance, rather than unrelated appointments that happen to share a name.

  7. A page of your own

Your work, your team, your hours and your prices, on a page with a link you can put anywhere. A booking made through it costs you exactly what one made through your own link costs you: nothing.

  8. Email confirmations

Every booking is confirmed by email, with a link that opens it. Clients move or cancel their own appointments without ringing you, and a reply reaches you rather than a no-reply address.

How the bands work

Growing costs less per person, and never re-prices the ones you had

Each band prices only the people in it. Taking on a fourth person does not re-price the first three — the bill only ever goes up by what the new person costs.

Add-ons

Only if you want them

The subscription is the whole product. These are separate things some shops want and most do not, each switched on and off on its own.

Your own website

£25

A site of your own on your own domain, built from your services, photographs and hours.

Your domain stays yours. Cancel and the site stops answering; nothing else changes.

Each is a flat monthly price for the shop, not per person, and it appears as its own line on your bill.

30 days to try it

We ask for a card at the start so the trial becomes a subscription without anything breaking on the last day. We email you three days before it ends, and if you cancel before then you are not charged.

Pay yearly, get two months free

The yearly price is ten months’ worth for a full year. Same software, same seats, one invoice.

No commission, ever

Deposits go to your own Stripe account. We never take a percentage of a booking, and the bill does not move when you have a good month. Being found in search is free too, with no fee on the new clients it brings you.

Change it whenever

Add or remove people as they come and go. A change part-way through a month is charged for the part of the month it applies to, not the whole of it.
