Pricing
You pay for the seats you use. A busy month and a quiet month cost the same, because the bill has nothing to do with your takings.
On your own
£15
a month, for 1 person
or £150 a year
One chair, one diary.
A small shop
£40
a month, for 3 people
or £400 a year
Three people taking bookings.
A busy shop
£80
a month, for 8 people
or £800 a year
Eight people across one address.
A seat is a person who takes bookings, not a chair that happens to be in the room. Your first address is included; more than that and each one adds £15 a month.
Add-ons
The subscription is the whole product. These are separate things some shops want and most do not, each switched on and off on its own, and each stopping cleanly — nothing else about your shop changes when one goes.
£15
Appointment reminders and waitlist offers by SMS, from your shop name.
Each text costs us around 4p, so this covers roughly 200 a month.
£25
Appear in search for people who are not looking for you by name.
£25
A site of your own on your own domain, built from your services, photographs and hours.
Your domain stays yours. Cancel and the site stops answering; nothing else changes.
Each is a flat monthly price for the shop, not per person, and it appears as its own line on your bill.
How the bands work
| Seat 1 | £15 each |
| Seats 2–3 | £12.50 each |
| Seats 4–10 | £8 each |
| Seat 11 and up | £6 each |
Each band prices only the people in it. Taking on a fourth person does not re-price the first three — the bill only ever goes up by what the new person costs.
We ask for a card at the start so the trial becomes a subscription without anything breaking on the last day. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
The yearly price is 10 months’ worth for a full year. Same software, same seats, one invoice.
Deposits go to your own Stripe account. We never take a percentage of a booking, and the bill does not move when you have a good month.
Add or remove people as they come and go. A change part-way through a month is charged for the part of the month it applies to, not the whole of it.
